Director, Technical Program Management (Remote-Eligible)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Technical Program Management (Remote-Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will guide the technical program management function, shaping how large-scale initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and delivered across the organization. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure complex programs stay aligned to strategy, architecture, and operating goals. Success in this position will require strong judgment in balancing technical tradeoffs, managing risk, and driving accountability across multiple platforms and dependencies.
