Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for surgeons – from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding – with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cosmetic and plastic surgeons through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
- Data & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, etc.) with a high degree of accuracy. Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Clinical Leadership to ensure alignment between recruitment activities and business needs, including workforce planning and introduction of new services.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on aesthetic market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to shape recruiting strategies and stay ahead of talent shortages.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional and professional candidate experience that aligns with our brand.
- Creative Problem Solving: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract surgeons in competitive and prestigious markets.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and evaluate relationships with search firms and other external recruitment partners when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of physician recruiting or business development experience, preferably with a focus on specialty areas such as Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, or similar specialties.
- Demonstrated success filling hard-to-fill physician roles and developing effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the physician recruitment lifecycle, contracting, and onboarding process.
- Proven experience in reporting and recruitment analytics with a commitment to accuracy and transparency.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with Operations and Clinical Leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with developing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred but not required
- Advanced degree or healthcare-related certifications (e.g., AAPPR).
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Pay
$80-85K plus bonus potential. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
