For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence to join their team. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains in a remote, US-based capacity.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda across the Logistics organization to deliver measurable improvements in customer service and cost efficiency
  • Serve as the strategic partner to VP of Supply Chain in developing and executing the multi-year logistics transformation roadmap
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities
  • Establish and manage a robust opportunity funnel with benefit quantification, resource prioritization, and initiative governance
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Lead strategic improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects deliver targeted business outcomes
  • Drive adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement capabilities throughout the supply chain organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consulting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive and operational workshops that identify opportunities and build actionable improvement roadmaps
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large, complex data sets
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with a track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Pay

$235,000 – $270,000 annually
