Director, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the strategic direction for supplemental benefits across a complex healthcare environment, with a focus on transformation, execution, and operational scalability. The role will partner closely with senior executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to turn complex issues into clear, actionable plans. It will also help ensure the organization is well-positioned to respond to regulatory change, evaluate new opportunities, and improve how the benefits ecosystem operates. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $201,600 – $277,200 annually Responsibilities Lead strategic and transformation initiatives across supplemental benefits and vendor relationships Structure complex business problems into actionable plans Develop fact-based recommendations and executable roadmaps Assess regulatory changes and lead cross-functional response teams Evaluate emerging opportunities and optimize the vendor ecosystem Transform the operating model for scalability and efficiency Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Transformation team Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations 2+ years leading high-performing teams Experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care Strong analytical and financial acumen Exceptional executive communication skills Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance Opportunities for personal wellness and smart healthcare decisions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
