Director, Strategy, Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation
• Manage and mentor a high-talent team to drive performance and growth
• Create and implement strategic plans across various time frames
• Lead the creation of innovative business models for products and services within company's Digital Transformation framework
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging digital trends
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights and present strategic plans to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years in strategic planning, digital transformation, or related fields
• Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a top Tech Company preferred
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and tactical execution capabilities
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in digital technologies, data analytics, and project management methodologies
