Director, Strategy & Planning

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Director of Strategy & Planning to drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on key business initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action, strengthening operating cadence and enterprise execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop Annual and Long Range strategic sales growth plans through structured frameworks and cross-functional partnerships.
• Orchestrate End-to-End planning involving GTM Strategy, Operations, and Recognition.
• Govern and manage the Americas Specialist sales operating model and cadence.
• Collaborate with revenue operations on compensation and operational activities supporting the Specialist group.
• Lead high-impact strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to identify growth levers across sales motions.
• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to sales leadership, enhancing strategy and operations aspects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, GTM strategy, planning, or sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in management consulting, focusing on strategy planning and sales transformation.
• Sales/GTM strategy experience in the tech sector is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to frame business problems and build executive-level recommendations.

Pay

$200,600 – $258,400 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
