What You'll Do

• Translate strategic priorities and leadership direction into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scope definition through execution
• Establish execution frameworks, governance models, cadences, and decision flows to support delivery
• Partner with global, regional, and functional teams to drive alignment and execution
• Track milestones, risks, interdependencies, and outcomes; proactively course-correct as needed
• Bring structure to ambiguity, develop frameworks, and support strategic decision-making
• Build clear, concise, and compelling executive-ready presentations and materials for senior forums
• Identify opportunities to improve strategic processes, ways of working, and organizational flows

What You'll Bring

• Undergraduate degree; advanced (MBA) degree, preferred
• 5+ years of related experience preferred
• Strategy execution and operational planning
• Strong project and program management capabilities
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure complex topics and develop scalable frameworks
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• High impact and influence across senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Business acumen with strong attention to detail
• Action-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $147,500---$199,200 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.

Pay Range: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
