Responsibilities
- Manages activities and processes related to tracking, analyzing, and reporting planned priorities against key growth performance targets.
- Develops operating processes and expectations for key stakeholders to ensure consistency in planning documentation and tracking.
- Ensures adequate training and communication of processes, expectations, and supporting tools to end-users.
- Interfaces with multi-disciplinary leaders and acts as a subject matter expert for plan creation and structure to support informed decision-making and actionable work plans.
- Applies broad knowledge of analytic principles and methodologies to analyze complex business issues while applying ingenuity.
- Interfaces with leaders across the organization, support services, and analytics to ensure integration of business performance analytics with strategy execution tracking.
- Conducts analysis on strategy execution performance and success measures to inform future organizational strategy development on a quarterly basis.
- Supports the preparation of reports and presentations to Region, Market, and Campus executive leaders.
- Coordinates with the Corporate Planning department to track the execution of Vision 2030 Aspiration Initiatives.
- Supervises the work of manager-level team members who support the day-to-day work of the team.
- Develops dashboards and reports that contextualize trends in strategy execution for senior executives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (Required)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
- 3+ years leadership experience (Required)
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning, and/or operations (Required)
- Experience with CRM, data analytics, and strategic planning software platforms such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Qlikview, and AchieveIt (Preferred)
- Office Management experience
- Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)

- Excellent analytical and data interpretation ability
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and high-change environment
- A clear understanding of the business of health care with strong business acumen, intelligence, and ability to think strategically and implement tactically
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to leaders across the organization (Directors through Senior Vice Presidents)
- Refined presentation competencies (both development and delivery)
- Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to quickly develop relationships to influence change and elicit action
- Ability to assess complex scenarios and make recommendations concerning matters of major importance to senior leaders
- Working knowledge of project management, market research, and data analytics
- Energetic and resourceful, with strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude; enjoys hands-on work
- Ability to accept responsibility for actions and results, with a drive to achieve and outperform, while continuously looking for improvements
