Director, Strategy
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some EEO lines: "Veterans Encouraged to Apply." Also "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." Also "If you require accommodation...". Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Our Publicis Groupe motto ..." is part of Additional Information; we can keep as it's about benefits and culture. The "Additional Information" includes benefits and compensation range, application deadline. We should keep compensation range and benefits. The deadline maybe considered metadata; but it's substantive? It's a date; we can keep as part of Additional Information paragraph.
We must not create sections for Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation range and benefits, so we can include a Benefits section (maybe combine with Pay). But we should not create a Pay section if not explicitly stated? It states compensation range, so we can include Pay section. However guidelines: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits into one "Compensation & Benefits" section. But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include Benefits and Pay separate if content exists. There's benefits described; compensation range described. So we can have both.
We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure we have real content.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe includes education, experience), Skills (maybe from qualifications list), Benefits, Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Director, Strategy". Good.
We need to parse the posting:
Company Description: Zenith is one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies... (we can keep as About the role? Actually About the role could be overview of role and company. Could combine Company Description and Overview into About the role section.
Overview: Zenith is looking for a talented Director, Strategy to oversee Media Planning and Strategy functions... This person will be integral... This position report directly to the VP, Strategy.
We can put that in About the role.
Responsibilities: list bullet points (starting with "Lead the day-to-day..." etc). We'll convert each sentence to
- .
Qualifications: list bullet points: "B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field", "8+ years of experience in media planning", "4+ years of experience managing junior staff", "Marketing/advertising agency experience highly preferred", "Tech or Finance vertical experience a big plus", etc. Also many skill statements: "Proven experience and success in presenting plans to clients and influencing top level decisions", "Excellent organizational, interpersonal and quantitative/analytical skills", etc. Some of these could be considered Skills rather than Qualifications. But we can keep them under Qualifications or split into Skills. The instruction says use headings like Skills if we have content. We have many skill statements; we could create a Skills section.
We need to avoid duplication. The qualifications list includes both experience and skills. We could separate: Qualifications: education, years experience, managing staff, agency experience preferred, tech/finance plus. Skills: presentation, organizational, interpersonal, quantitative/analytical, adept at injecting ideas, detail-oriented, self-starter, computer skills, thinks clearly, professional presentation, written/verbal communication, accountability, flexibility, defines standards, guides others, manages budget, curious, positive team-player attitude.
We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each bullet point as is.
We must not include boilerplate like "Veterans Encouraged to Apply." etc.
Additional Information includes: motto, belonging, benefits package includes medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, flexible time off. Also accommodation contact line (remove). Also "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." (remove). Also "Veterans Encouraged to Apply." (remove). Also compensation range. Also statement about temporary roles medical plan. Also for regular roles company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Also application deadline 10/24/2026.
We need to keep benefits and compensation. The motto and belonging statements are also substantive? They are about culture; we could keep them in Benefits section or a separate Culture section but not required heading. Since we have Benefits heading, we can include that paragraph.
We must not create Schedule section because no schedule info.
We must not create Requirements heading if we already have Qualifications; but we could keep Qualifications.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's craft:
