Director, Strategy

About the role

We’re looking for a Director, Strategy to become a leader within our growing Strategy discipline. This is a role for someone who is culturally tapped in, both creative and analytical, genuinely excited by the intersection of culture, brands, and creators, and ready to own the thinking on some of our highest-stakes work. You’ll be relied on as a force of creativity and insight, defining and owning client strategy on key accounts across a portfolio that includes major brands in categories like CPG, lifestyle, and dating apps. You’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, bringing a clear point of view on culture, consumers, and the creator landscape. You’ll also partner closely with our new business team on pitches, our client service team on account growth, and the strategy team on ongoing cultural cartography. The creator economy is evolving at a pace that rewards people who are curious, adaptable, and energized by staying ahead of the pack.
