We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We need to parse the job posting. Job Title: Director, Strategy (we do not repeat as heading). Provide About Braven? The posting includes "About Braven" and "About The Role". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have headings: About the role (maybe combine About Braven and About The Role?). But we need to preserve all substantive information. We can have sections: About Braven (maybe not required heading but we can include as

before heading). However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Likely we should have sections: About the role (including description), Responsibilities (the bullet list of duties), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe technical skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. Let's extract: About Braven: paragraph about Braven mission. About The Role: description of role purpose. Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do" with percentages and details. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to include Pay: salary ranges per location. Schedule: mention hybrid, 3 days in office, etc. Benefits: list of benefits. Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe technical skills. Requirements: minimum requirements. Let's structure. We'll output HTML fragment:

About the role

... combine About Braven and About The Role? Might be better to have About Braven as a paragraph before heading, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). Could still have a

before heading. We'll include About Braven as a

then heading About the role with description. But to be safe, we can have

About Braven

and

About the role

. However they didn't list About Braven as example but didn't forbid. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical headings but not exclusive. Safer to include About Braven as a heading as well? Might be okay. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine About Braven and About the role into one About the role section. Let's do:

About the role

then include both Braven mission and role purpose in paragraphs. Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet. We need to preserve percentages and details. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points: From "What You'll Do": - Strategic Initiatives and Projects (35%) Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects directly alongside executive leaders, ensuring alignment with our business model and program model. Example projects might include evolving Braven's regional and central business units and developing & executing a new change management framework Collaborate with the executive team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships that align with Braven's strategic goals. Qualifications

maybe. Preferred Qualifications bullet list: - MBA and/or experience in strategy consulting - Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Jira - Proficiency in Salesforce - Proficiency in Python or R - Highly entrepreneurial - someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a capacity to independently think holistically and strategically - Skilled at building trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders. If much of this describes you, we encourage you to apply." We can include as a paragraph. Skills: maybe we can separate technical skills but they are already in preferred qualifications. Could have a Skills section for technical proficiencies: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Python/R. But to avoid duplication, we could put them under Skills. But we already have them in Qualifications. Might be okay to have Qualifications include both. Benefits: list: - Unlimited vacation time in addition to org-wide holidays and week-long shutdowns in July and the end of the calendar year (this is a minimum of 19 days per year) - Braven supports your path to parenthood and beyond with $25,000 in lifetime Carrot benefits for fertility, family-building, and hormonal health - Match of your 401K contribution up to 5% of your base annual salary, starting your first full month - Coverage of 85% of health insurance premium for employee and dependents - A one-month paid sabbatical after 4 years on staff Also mention competitive base salaries etc but that's Pay. Pay: salary ranges: - Chicago: $101,200 - $126,400 - Atlanta: $95,900 - $119,800 - New York and/or New Jersey: $111,300 - $139,100 Also note: "This is based on a 50-hour work week at an hourly rate." Might include. Schedule: hybrid: 3 days in office (Tuesday-Thursday), remote 2 days (Monday-Friday). Also location preferences: Hybrid in Chicago (IL) strongly preferred, Atlanta (GA), Newark (NJ), or New York (NYC). Also work demands: Ability to work in-person in those cities at least 3 days per week; Ability to travel out-of-town 3-6 times/year. We'll include schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include navigation/legal etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. We'll start with a

for About Braven? Actually we combine.
