About the Role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with corporate objectives in the oncology field
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements across clinical operations and revenue cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience
- Analyze operational data to determine key performance indicators and provide strategic insights
- Manage and mentor operations professionals to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, and IT for integrated operational strategies
- Evaluate vendor relationships relating to operational services and technologies in oncology
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present operational performance and strategic initiative reports to senior leadership
- Identify growth opportunities and support integration efforts for acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; MBA or MHA preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations; 5+ years specifically in oncology
- Proven history of executing strategic operational initiatives with measurable results
- Strong grasp of oncology practice operations, including workflows and revenue cycle
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to various company sites
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation
$158,700 – $264,500 annually
