Responsibilities
- Convert CEO and leadership priorities into clear, executable plans and project maps
- Define success metrics, owners, and timelines for critical initiatives
- Ensure strategic initiatives move from concept to measurable results
- Own the structure and quality of the senior leadership team operating rhythm
- Build and enforce KPI frameworks focused on leading indicators
- Ensure reporting is clear, consistent, and tied directly to company priorities
- Lead high-priority, ambiguous problems that cut across functions
- Apply structured, data-driven problem solving to drive decisions
- Identify misalignment early and resolve it quickly
- Prepare high-quality analyses, materials, and recommendations for executive and board-level decisions
- Act as a proxy for the CEO in key discussions when appropriate
- Track and enforce commitments across the leadership team
- Push for clarity where there is ambiguity and action where there is drift
- Ensure critical initiatives do not stall due to lack of ownership
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years post-undergrad experience
- Must have experience at a top-tier consulting firm working on corporate strategic priorities, project management & analysis (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or similar Chief of Staff / Dir Strategy job experience working with an executive team owning projects from ideation through implementation
- MBA from a leading program
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate with executive-level clarity
- Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
- Operator mindset with a track record of owning outcomes
- High urgency and bias for action
- Low ego with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
- Relentless follow-through and accountability
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Open to remote, but Dallas/Fort Worth preferred (CEO Headquartered there)
- High expected travel up to 75% working between Iantrek offices (TX, Rhode Island, New York) and external field or industry meetings
