Responsibilities
- Drive operational meetings and decision forums for the Marketing and Corporate Communications leadership
- Represent the CMO in cross-functional meetings, translating discussions into actionable plans
- Propose and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Ensure operational alignment between Marketing and various cross-functional teams
- Lead high-priority initiatives that span multiple teams and require clear oversight
- Remove inter-team roadblocks and strategic disconnects for improved alignment
- Facilitate executive speaking opportunities and amplify the company’s market presence through thought leadership
- Champion the adoption of generative AI tools to enhance team efficiency and output
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy and business operations, including 5 years as Chief of Staff
- Bachelor's and Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and technical environments
- Proven skills in operational adaptation, leading collaborative initiatives
- Deep proficiency in AI and experience creating automated workflows with generative AI tools
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and technology ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage priorities
Pay
$232,000 – $460,000 annually
