Responsibilities

  • Drive operational meetings and decision forums for the Marketing and Corporate Communications leadership
  • Represent the CMO in cross-functional meetings, translating discussions into actionable plans
  • Propose and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Ensure operational alignment between Marketing and various cross-functional teams
  • Lead high-priority initiatives that span multiple teams and require clear oversight
  • Remove inter-team roadblocks and strategic disconnects for improved alignment
  • Facilitate executive speaking opportunities and amplify the company’s market presence through thought leadership
  • Champion the adoption of generative AI tools to enhance team efficiency and output

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy and business operations, including 5 years as Chief of Staff
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and technical environments
  • Proven skills in operational adaptation, leading collaborative initiatives
  • Deep proficiency in AI and experience creating automated workflows with generative AI tools
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure and technology ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage priorities

Pay

$232,000 – $460,000 annually
