Esg Strategy & Disclosure Leadership

• Lead ESG strategy for waste, circularity, and policy areas
• Shape investor-facing disclosures and ESG reports
• Align reporting with global frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, CDP)
• Narrative & Communication
• Translate complex ESG data into clear external messaging
• Develop ESG narratives for investors, NGOs, and policymakers
• CooordinatE with Investor Relations and Communications teams

Performance & Advisory

• Assess ESG performance and recommend improvements
• AdvisE internal teams on policies, targets, and strategy
• Track regulatory and competitor trends globally

Stakeholder Influence

• Engage investors, NGOs, and ESG rating agencies
• Influence external standards and industry perception
• Represent Walmart in global ESG conversations

Strategic Projects

• Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives
• Conduct deep research and benchmarking
• Develop new policies and performance frameworks
