Director, Strategic Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution.
• Manage initiative governance, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Shape CEG strategy by translating executive direction into structured recommendations and analytical models.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Product, and geo leadership.
• Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and operating cadences to productize transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools for decision-making and process optimization.
• Strong financial and operational modeling skills with ability to present to senior leadership.
• Prominent ability to manage through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Executive-level communication skills.
