Director, Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Get deployed on the TMO's highest-priority initiatives as directed by the COO/VP
• Structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear statements and hypotheses
• Independently manage end-to-end workstreams and diagnostic efforts
• Drive accountability without direct management, aligning stakeholders to outcomes
• Adapt to various problem types quickly, maintaining rigor and credibility
• Communicate effectively at an executive level, delivering recommendations that resonate

Qualifications

• MBB or equivalent top-tier consulting background is mandatory
• Current-level Project Leader or Principal, or a former MBB consultant now in an operational role
• Broad experience in strategy, operations, AI, and analytics as a generalist, not specialized in one area
• Prominent track record of driving impactful outcomes, not just managing structured programs
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders from the outset
