Director, Strategic Initiatives

For our client, we are seeking a Director Strategic Initiatives to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Get deployed on the TMO's highest-priority initiatives as directed by the COO/VP Structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear statements and hypotheses Independently manage end-to-end workstreams and diagnostic efforts Drive accountability without direct management, aligning stakeholders to outcomes Adapt to various problem types quickly, maintaining rigor and credibility Communicate effectively at an executive level, delivering recommendations that resonate Qualifications MBB or equivalent top-tier consulting background is mandatory Current-level Project Leader or Principal, or a former MBB consultant now in an operational role Broad experience in strategy, operations, AI, and analytics as a generalist, not specialized in one area Proven track record of driving impactful outcomes, not just managing structured programs Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders from the outset Benefits Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment Opportunities for learning and growth within a market-leading company Access to diverse roles across different business areas and locations Be part of a team comprised of top-tier talent driving transformation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
