This position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to shape and grow strategic partnerships within the luxury service and private aviation ecosystem. You will build trusted relationships with family offices, concierge organizations, and high-value client networks to create long-term business opportunities. The role combines partnership strategy, consultative sales, relationship management, and technology-enabled service innovation.

You will work closely with internal teams to design seamless client experiences and expand enterprise-level programs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies targeting family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, and trusted advisors serving high-net-worth clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, principals, chiefs of staff, and decision-makers within luxury service ecosystems.
  • Independently identify, engage, and develop new strategic partnership opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to understand partner needs and create tailored private aviation solutions.
  • Lead partnership onboarding, program launches, and ongoing relationship management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure partner integrations and service delivery remain seamless.
  • Support complex client situations by contributing to issue resolution, service recovery, and operational improvements.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, private forums, and relationship-driven engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, client expectations, and competitive offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Establish regular business reviews with partners, tracking objectives, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and partnership reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations and ongoing partner support.
  • Ensure contracts, billing requirements, and operational documentation are properly coordinated across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, luxury services, or similar high-touch client environments.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding strategic partnerships within premium or relationship-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of service ecosystems supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and organizations.
  • Experience with consultative selling, enterprise relationship management, and long-term partnership development.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and credibility.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating sustainable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple complex relationships simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across business functions.
  • Experience aligning technology-enabled solutions with customized service delivery models.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Private aviation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required, approximately 50-75%.
