The Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships at adjoe is responsible for owning and growing key partnerships with major enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both the business and technical aspects of the relationship.
About The Role
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. This is not a maintenance role; it is a commercial strategy role. You will act as the “General Manager” for a portfolio of our top-tier partners, responsible for merging their long-term goals with adjoe’s tech innovation to build a shared path to growth and profitability.
What You Will Do
- Ambitious Commercial Strategy: Identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity.
- Joint Strategic Roadmap: Drive integration timelines, manage feature testing, and facilitate QBRs or workshops to orchestrate the joint technical roadmap.
- C-Level Navigation: Build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals.
- Product Loop & First Line of Defense: Translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue.
- People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc.
- Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Proven success in Solution Selling: Experience sitting down with product teams to scope out custom technical solutions or roadmaps, not just selling off-the-shelf inventory.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look 6–12 months ahead. You aren’t worried about yesterday’s numbers; you are worried about next Q3’s product release.
- Commercial Acumen and Excellence: Own the revenue targets for your account. You don’t settle for “maintenance mode”; you actively identify opportunities to expand & set ambitious goals, strengthening the partnership.
