About the role

KPMG is seeking a Director in Transformation Delivery for our Consulting practice. This role focuses on leading and mentoring client service delivery teams in executing engagements across the people side of transformations, driving actionable solutions through technical and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements across the people side of transformations, utilizing technical and industry knowledge to drive actionable solutions.
• Utilize technical and industry knowledge in Change Management, Organizational Development, and human-centered design to create lasting change experiences.
• Drive business development through long-term relationships with key executives on current engagements and internal KPMG relationships to generate new business.
• Lead and contribute to the development and innovation of Change methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts.
• Coach and develop teams by providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback and suggestions for improvement in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of relevant work experience in consulting related to Change Management and Human-Centered Design, with four years in Advisory services within a major consulting firm.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
• Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and drive experience-centric change actions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Working knowledge of scoping, project management, budget management, and staffing projects, along with experience in change management and human-centered design.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, setting priorities, and balancing competing deadlines.
• Travel may be up to 80-100%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

California Salary Range: $204,725 - $370,530. Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
