Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor multiple client service delivery teams in executing engagements focused on the people side of transformations, leveraging technical and industry knowledge to drive actionable solutions.
  • Apply expertise in Change Management, Organizational Development, and human-centered design to create lasting change and drive the right experiences.
  • Drive business development by cultivating long-term relationships with key executives on current engagements and internal KPMG stakeholders to generate new business within functional and industry focus areas.
  • Lead and contribute to the development and innovation of Change methodologies and intellectual capital, including authoring articles, whitepapers, and training materials.
  • Coach and develop teams by providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback and actionable suggestions for improvement in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of relevant work experience in consulting for Change Management and Human-Centered Design, with at least four years in Advisory services at a major consulting firm.
  • Experience leading large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other design tools to develop work plans, analyze data, and articulate complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of scoping, project management, budget management, and staffing projects, along with experience in change management and human-centered design.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of activities, setting priorities, and balancing competing deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80-100%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

California Salary Range: $204,725 – $370,530. Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations. For salary ranges in other cities, visit KPMG’s Pay Transparency page.
