Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements across the people side of transformations, utilizing technical and industry knowledge to drive actionable solutions
- Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management, Organizational Development, and human-centered design to drive the right experiences in creating lasting change
- Drive business development through development of long-term business relationships with key executives on current engagements and internal KPMG relationships to drive new business within functional and industry focus
- Lead and contribute to the development and innovation of Change methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
- Coach and develop teams by providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback and specific performance suggestions for improvement in a manner that builds confidence and fosters a safe environment
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of relevant work experience related to consulting in Change Management and Human-Centered Design and four years in Advisory services within a major consulting firm
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and drive experience-centric change actions
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals and excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Working knowledge in scoping, project management, budget management, and staffing projects
- Experience with and knowledge of change management and human-centered design
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, setting priorities, and balancing competing deadlines
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Pay
California Salary Range: $204,725 - $370,530
