Director, Strategic Accounts - West

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance top-tier oncology opportunities across assigned accounts
• Lead discussions on oncology diagnostics and advanced solutions at the executive level
• Drive standardization and multi-site adoption within health systems
• Build relationships with C-suite and oncology executives across health systems and IDNs
• Coordinate with regional teams to translate national strategies into local execution plans
• Maintain visibility and manage the oncology pipeline for assigned accounts
• Represent and sell a comprehensive oncology portfolio, positioning solutions as integrated offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience in oncology or healthcare sectors
• 7 years of success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development
• Preferred: 7 years of experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing
• Familiarity with value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategy is a plus
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and strategic thinking skills

Pay

$170,000 – $200,000 annually
