About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the staffing function to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement staffing strategies that meet departmental needs and contribute to overall business success.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to align staffing initiatives with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing staffing functions and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
