Staffing Director

About the role

Screen, staff, and schedule for most facility positions. Involved in human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the clinical schedule for the facility
• Ensure the appropriate amount of staff are working for each shift per day
• Conduct the full recruitment process for the facility
• Maintain department records and reports
• Handle compensation/unemployment claims
• Comply with all Federal and State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters

Requirements

• Experience in a similar staffing position, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree strongly desired
• Strong skills in organization, customer service, and computer systems
