Responsibilities
- Supervises DORs in assigned accounts providing orientation, mentoring and training.
- Provides direct patient care.
- Makes sure the standard of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all sites is ethical and compliant.
- Manages the efficient and profitable management of rehabilitation services in the accounts of DORs under their supervision.
- Maintains the highest standard of rehabilitation services.
- Ensures the completion of annual performance appraisals of therapy staff within accounts of the DORs under their supervision.
- Handles personnel management including hiring/terminating of therapy staff (with approval from the COAD and HR).
- Makes sure DORs complete facility reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assists COAD in annual budget preparation.
- Meets annual budget goals as set by the COAD.
- Identifies and secures new contracts.

- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
- The Sr. DOR must have three years of direct patient care experience and two years of management experience.
Pay
USD $48.00 - USD $53.00 /Hr.
