About the role
You serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility, promoting Legacy policies, clinical programs and supporting our mission to help aging adults live safe, healthy lives full of strength, movement, and joy.
Responsibilities
- Builds relationships with patients, staff, and community leaders.
- Oversees internal marketing efforts to support relationship building with staff and residents.
- Maintains site productivity and makes necessary changes to achieve budget goals.
- Assesses patient needs and develops clinical programs appropriate for the facility census.
- Directs and trains others in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
- Daily coordinates rehab department with facility staff to plan and implement therapy programming.
- Participates in clinical outcomes reporting and shares results with customers.
- Manages staff schedules to meet caseload requirements and utilizes scheduling tools for patient schedules.
- Manages CliniFax and ensures all requirements for physician signatures on therapy plans are met.
- Creates and maintains team relationships and open communication with and between rehab staff, facility staff, and Legacy corporate personnel.
- Assists with staff orientation and training, providing guidance and assistance from ARD/MSM to meet company, state, and federal standards.
Requirements
- Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Qualifications
- Desired clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Three to five years’ experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living.
- Some prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Minimum of a degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP).
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in state where assigned.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and clinical practices.

Pay
USD $45.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
Schedule
Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
