Director, Special Projects (IKC)
About the role
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) serves as a strategic and operational partner to the CTO and has an active role in our value based care (Integrated Kidney Care), clinical, and growth functions across the Village. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, leads through influence, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Transformation Officer in crafting and executing on strategic initiatives
- Organize and implement management processes and drive collaboration across lanes
- Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions
- Support in the development and effectiveness of GVP+ leadership team(s)
- Drive internal and external communication by crafting key messages and recommendations
- Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results
Education & Experience Requirements
- Prior experience working in strategy, consulting, or healthcare growth/operations supporting enterprise-level initiatives
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferred
- Strong written communication skills and ability to develop clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Must be comfortable presenting data and recommendations to help senior leaders make decisions
- Demonstrated track record of top performance and desire to transform healthcare delivery

Salary Range

Compensation
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
