Director, Sourcing
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead strategic sourcing efforts across services and indirect categories, with a particular focus on facility services and other operational spend areas. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and Risk Management to strengthen compliance, improve supplier performance, and support business objectives. This is a highly cross-functional position that combines market insight, process discipline, and relationship management to drive strong operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver market and operational intelligence for services operations and lead strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and risk management programs.
- Maintain data integrity in systems and ensure documentation processes are completed.
- Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contractual compliance.
- Assist in developing diversity programs aligned with client and company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with procurement systems such as Jaggaer or Ariba.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories, preferably facility services.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with analytical capability.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while achieving results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills for professional influence and interaction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $128,000 annually
