About the Role

TP is seeking a highly experienced Director / Senior Director, Solution Architecture — Public Sector to lead strategic solutioning, consulting, and pursuit support for complex Federal and SLED (State, Local, and Education) opportunities across North America. This role serves as a trusted advisor to government agencies and educational institutions, designing transformative solutions that modernize citizen and constituent experiences, improve operational performance, accelerate digital government initiatives, and leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to achieve mission outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine deep public sector domain expertise with strong consulting, transformation, and technology capabilities to support strategic pursuits, executive engagements, and large-scale public sector transformation programs, and will play a critical role in shaping TP's growth strategy and market differentiation within the Federal and SLED sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Federal and SLED pursuits.
  • Design service delivery models spanning citizen services, constituent engagement, customer experience, trust & safety, back-office operations, digital transformation, AI-enabled operations, and managed services.
  • Develop scalable operating models, governance frameworks, staffing strategies, transition approaches, and transformation roadmaps that align with government procurement requirements, security standards, compliance obligations, accessibility requirements, and service-level expectations — in close collaboration with operations, technology, AI, digital, pricing, legal, security, and delivery teams.
  • Provide critical input related to the design of transformative solutions addressing mission-critical challenges across Federal and SLED agencies, spanning citizen experience, constituent engagement, workforce transformation, digital government, contact center modernization, and enterprise service delivery.
  • Design solutions leveraging AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, cloud technologies, knowledge management, and digital channels, and advise clients on emerging government technology trends and modernization priorities.
  • Lead solution strategy and architecture for RFIs, RFPs, oral presentations, executive briefings, and pursuit activities, including large procurements such as IDIQs, BPAs, statewide contracts, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
  • Translate client requirements into differentiated solutions, develop executive storyboards and proposal content, and partner with pricing and commercial teams on competitive, sustainable business cases.
  • Engage directly with senior government executives, procurement leaders, and transformation stakeholders. Facilitate executive workshops and design-thinking sessions, develop transformation roadmaps aligned to agency priorities, and build trusted advisor relationships that support long-term client growth.
  • Develop Federal and SLED-specific points of view and market insights, monitor trends in digital government, citizen experience, AI adoption, and workforce modernization, and contribute to go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and reusable solution frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in Public Sector Consulting, Solution Architecture, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Customer Experience Services, and/or BPO, including a minimum of 5 years supporting Federal and/or SLED organizations in the United States.
  • Demonstrated success leading solution architecture and strategic pursuits for government agencies, supporting large procurements and competitive bids, and presenting executive-level transformation strategies that bridge business, technology, operations, AI, and digital transformation into integrated solutions.
  • Experience with AI & Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Digital Government Platforms, Omnichannel Citizen Engagement, CCaaS and CRM Platforms, and Data Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development.
  • Strong financial modeling and commercial solutioning skills.
  • Advanced Excel and business analytics capabilities, including AI-powered visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technology concepts into compelling executive narratives.
  • Strong understanding of government operating models, procurement processes, and transformation priorities.
