What will you do?

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years related work experience in Software Engineering, including supervision of Managers
- Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders
- Strong understanding of software engineering delivery models, SDLC practices, and operational excellence principles
- Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Who would excel in this role?
- Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and cloud-native engineering practices
- Familiarity with Guidewire platforms or enterprise core systems modernization
- An MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred
Pay
