About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape various learning pathways and experiences for different user needs
• Manage the company Academies for enterprise clients, focusing on structured learning programs
• Leverage skill data to create personalized learning recommendations
• Oversee AI features that address skill gaps and curate relevant content for learners
• Map out the full learner experience from identifying skill gaps to demonstrating competence
• Own and maintain the data model governing the company's skills framework
• Customize skill lists for enterprise clients while ensuring compatibility with standard frameworks

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ownership and responsibility for learning product development
• Expertise in structuring enterprise learning programs such as certifications and academies
• Strong background in proficiency assessment and psychometrics
• Experience designing effective taxonomy systems for skill classification
• Data management skills with clear ownership and quality control measures
• Proven systems thinking for long-term accuracy and usefulness of data models
• Understanding of machine learning principles to collaborate with engineering teams

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $197,000 annually
