The Director oversees standard and customized approaches to performance improvement and addresses issues that span across service lines, clinics and locations, and support planning for future programs and growth opportunities. The Director supervises the service line managers and ensures ongoing success of service lines through close collaboration of clinical and operational leadership. Key relationships: Clinical leadership, COO, CNO, CAO, Sr. Director for Access, Business Intelligence. Education Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related field Required Master's Degree Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business or related field Preferred Experience 5 years experience in a role working with complex project management functions Required General Experience in service line development, business development, hospital operations, Customer Experience Management Required General Experience Previous Experience in a large or matrixed health system Preferred Licenses Project Management Prof Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred
