Director/Senior Director - Development

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and strategic oversight of assigned projects
• Develop and implement overall development strategy to maximize ROI
• Lead cross-functional coordination across various teams to execute project strategy
• Manage existing partnership obligations and future project capital structure
• Liaise with external teams and city agencies throughout project completion
• Lead project negotiations and oversee budget and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, architecture, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in real estate development, preferably with a major developer
• Proven track record in managing large-scale urban development projects
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage internal and external development teams
• Strong communication and networking skills

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
