Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution and strategic oversight of assigned projects
- Develop and implement overall development strategy to maximize ROI
- Lead cross-functional coordination across various teams to execute project strategy
- Manage existing partnership obligations and future project capital structure
- Liaise with external teams and city agencies throughout project completion
- Lead project negotiations and oversee budget and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, architecture, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in real estate development, preferably with a major developer
- Proven track record in managing large-scale urban development projects
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage internal and external development teams
- Strong communication and networking skills
