Director, Security - Watch Commander, GSOC-1
Position Summary
Drives expansion of the insider threat data management program by assisting in the development of company response initiatives related to insider threat activity, establishing metrics and program guidebook, identifying and proposing new ways to use technology through systems enhancements and expanding the current collection process.
What you'll do...
- Leads a group of subject matter experts focused on responding to insider threats and threats of violence by establishing best practices and monitoring capabilities to identify high risk or at risk associates, leading efforts to mitigate future risks.
- Develops data exfiltration program to mitigate risks, assesses and understands areas of improvement and makes necessary changes to handle threat management intake volumes, assesses risks and threats in individual markets and sets governance policies to mitigate risks and establishes a minimum governance standard in markets based on scope and culture.
- Provides recommendations and support to leadership in the development of strategic disaster response and recovery processes, global governance and mitigation projects to reduce company losses and closure times by assisting in the development and implementation of procedures, forms and global governance associated with hazard mitigation, ensuring compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures, local state federal and foreign laws and regulations and regulatory agency directives.
- Supports collaborative working groups aimed at implementing mitigation measures, provides input on facility design to better prepare facilities for disaster resilience, and leads process improvement efforts to reduce store closure time.
- Oversees team productivity and effectiveness by leveraging internal and external cross-functional relationships in order to minimize obstacles, collaborating across multiple countries in order to determine best practices, understanding current trends that affect the business and pose risks to business operations, reviewing productivity assessments to increase team effectiveness, demonstrating and communicating working knowledge of security industry legal standards, regulatory policies trends and best practices and procedures, and developing processes and procedures to ensure availability of appropriate products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps, recruiting, selecting and developing talent, supporting mentorship, workforce development and succession planning, and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Risk Management, or related field and 5 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
