About the role
Join a dynamic team at Esri where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIS development team. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that utilize advanced geospatial technologies to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Python, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test geospatial solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing GIS applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in GIS development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in GIS development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and other relevant GIS programming languages.
- Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of geospatial data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Pay
Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
