Responsibilities

  • Contribute Lead business decisions across engineering and lifecycle management by providing insight into tradeoffs, risks, and target outcomes for impacted process areas.
  • Define the level of process standardization, governance, and change required to enable scalable engineering and lifecycle management capabilities.
  • Identify core business requirements and capabilities across product lifecycle, engineering change, configuration control, asset management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with IT, engineering leaders, and industry application consultants to define process scope, solution boundaries, and transformation ambition for lifecycle management.
  • Identify key stakeholders, dependencies, and integration points across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, and adjacent value streams.
  • Support the Business Program Leader in aligning senior leadership around the engineering and lifecycle transformation strategy.
  • Help establish future-state business roles, including global process owners, subject matter experts, data stewards, and change champions for the lifecycle management workstream.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver lifecycle management transformation milestones on time, within scope, and aligned to business value.
  • Develop and execute transformation plans covering scope, milestones, data readiness, process design, testing, deployment, and resource alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to process design, product and asset data, compliance, integration, and business readiness.
  • Monitor workstream progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, decisions, issues, and value delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering and lifecycle processes to improve traceability, standardization, efficiency, and sustainment outcomes.
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, ISC, service, and digital teams to ensure integrated and sustainable solution delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, solution standards, and transformation methodologies supporting a clean core and fit-to-standard lifecycle management design.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the company's processes, plus access to region and BU representatives that help clarify variations and regional requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex supply chain projects, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to shape the future direction of engineering and lifecycle management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and drive change in a complex, matrixed organization while aligning engineering, operations, and digital stakeholders around common outcomes.
  • Experience with transformation methodologies, governance frameworks, and enterprise systems supporting PLM, ERP, service, or asset lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex lifecycle, engineering, and transformation concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment, fostering collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and IT teams.
  • Strong program and change leadership skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex transformation environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to drive adoption, accountability, and organizational readiness for new lifecycle management processes and tools.
  • Proactive approach to identifying process, data, and governance improvement opportunities across the product and asset lifecycle.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and sustainable operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business and systems problems across engineering, lifecycle management, and enterprise transformation domains.
