Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader – Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of strategic projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects
• Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex supply chain projects, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction of supply chain initiatives
• Ability to influence and drive change in a complex and matrixed organization, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new strategies
• Experience or knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, including cultural considerations, international regulations, and regional market trends
• Skills in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and efficiency in the supply chain
• Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function
• Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management
