Main Responsibility
- Partner with the commercial sales organization to deliver against the William Grant Way of Integrated Business Planning & Operations Rhythms.
- Provide strategic leadership, governance, and guidance to advance the organization's decision support capabilities.
- Ensure a clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators, Planning/Forecasting/Performance Management timelines, and help sell and execute against our annual RTC Distribution objectives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, promoting collaboration and driving insights into actions.
- Lead continuous improvement in process, project management, and end to end execution of our Commercial plans.
- Develop and support delivery of the US RTC agenda and execution plan throughout the Commercial Planning & RTC Division, as well as cross-functionally with our Division leads.
- Act as lead champion for RTC and its benefits for the business with both internal and external audiences.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics is required.
- Minimum 7-10+ years of experience; preferably within the alcohol spirits or CPG industry.
- Operational experience with strong preference partnering with multiple functions and teams.
- Self-starter who is proactive and works on their own initiative; takes the lead on projects and analysis.
- A high-level of commercial, marketing and finance experience working in a data-driven industry where they have developed and executed programs based on data.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with formulas and data analysis, is required.
- Shown ability to build compelling selling stories, based on data, and explain insights to people with various levels of knowledge. Must have strong end-to-end business understanding.
- Strong presentation skills to various levels of internal and external team members.
- Very strong organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system regulatory environment (desired).
- Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams (desired).
- Ability to manage difficult, complex markets and achieve business objectives (desired).
- Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a lean organization (desired).
