About the role
The Director – RTC Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RTC (Real-Time Communications) department, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of RTC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer service and support.
- Manage team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RTC operations with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
