About the role

The Director – RTC Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RTC (Real-Time Communications) department, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of RTC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements
