Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reports, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights across revenue operations.
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, client, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
- Build and refine forecasting models, scenario planning tools, and performance measurement frameworks to improve business visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Partner closely with Revenue, Finance, Client Services, and Operations leaders to support quarterly and annual planning processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational programs, workflows, and governance practices that improve efficiency and long-term business performance.
- Support the design and ongoing management of sales incentive compensation programs in collaboration with Finance and People Operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems optimization, and operational transformation while ensuring successful adoption through documentation and change management.
- Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven experience developing forecasting models, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategic planning through execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple departments.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred.
