Director Research Site Partnership

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5-6 oncology research sites
• Serve as senior relationship owner for assigned sites
• Build partnerships with site leadership and research teams
• Understand site strategies and capabilities
• Align enterprise strategy with site goals
• Drive accountability for clinical trial enrollment performance
• Analyze enrollment trends for growth opportunities
• Develop strategic enrollment action plans
• Promote best practices for patient accrual
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Translate enterprise priorities into site strategies
• Lead sites through change and transformation
• Identify and escalate trends to leadership
• Navigate complex situations effectively
• Achieve outcomes through negotiation and conflict resolution
• Cook up support from internal teams to meet site needs
• Ensure stakeholder alignment
• Represent site perspectives in leadership forums
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
• Experience with oncology research sites and clinical trial enrollment
• Background in site engagement, account management, or clinical operations
• Proven experience in clinical research operations
• Experience in oncology research
• Strong strategic relationship management skills
• Proficient in data analysis
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in a matrixed operational environment
