Director Regional FBO Operations West
About the role
At Jet Aviation, you will lead all operational aspects of multiple FBO sites, including customer service, line service, and ground support. You will also shape the company's future culture as a visible, hands-on leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire FBO teams to deliver operational excellence, balancing safety, efficiency, and top-tier customer service at every base you support.
- Work with each location to develop and finalize budgets, aligning operational needs with financial goals and business priorities.
- Develop, coach, and resource team members across functions; you are energized by time spent "on the floor," listening to feedback, and translating it into action.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and communicative culture where everyone feels heard and empowered to excel.
- Align site-based operations with Jet Aviation’s standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals, ensuring full compliance and best-in-class performance.
- Collaborate with your peers, GMs, and executive leadership to drive improvement, fuel business growth, and uphold the Jet Aviation brand across the industry.
- Represent Jet Aviation with pride within industry forums, regulatory bodies, and the greater General Dynamics network, reinforcing our reputation for trust, quality, and excellence.
- Prepare for a future leadership pipeline—this position is designed to grow into senior roles within Jet Aviation.

Pay
Actual pay will be aligned to your geographic location and experience level applicable to the role. For Dallas-based candidates, the posted salary range is $131,000–$188,000.

This is a full-time, travel-heavy position based out of a Jet Aviation US location. Expect significant travel to your assigned locations.
