For our client, we are seeking a Director, Regional Education Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will shape and execute a national partnership strategy focused on strengthening connections across the U.S. K-12 education landscape. The Director will build trusted relationships with educational service agencies and other strategic stakeholders, while driving alignment internally to improve adoption, satisfaction, and partner outcomes. This position is ideal for a seasoned education leader who can combine executive presence, cross-functional influence, and partnership management expertise to create measurable impact across a broad network of partners. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,900 – $181,900 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a national education partnership strategy Identify and engage strategic partners across the U.S. Establish frameworks for partnership management and evaluation Leverage partnerships to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction Create enablement programs for partner training and support Collaborate with various teams to foster internal alignment Facilitate communication between the company and partners Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in K-12 education or related fields Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships In-depth knowledge of the U.S. K-12 education ecosystem Experience working with educational service agencies or similar organizations Strong relationship-building and executive presence skills Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Bachelor's degree or equivalent Benefits Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision Flexible spending and health savings accounts Generous parental leave and unrestricted paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions Wellness program offerings including ClassPass and an employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement and optional benefits like pet insurance and student debt repayment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
