About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure prime real estate opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to optimize site selection
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate partners
• Lead negotiations for new store leases, relocations, and renewals ensuring favorable terms
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless deal execution
• Oversee the full lifecycle of new store openings and relocations, from site identification to opening
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail real estate experience with a strong track record in site selection, lease negotiations, and deal execution
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of retail expansion strategies
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with landlords, brokers, and real estate partners
• Financial and analytical expertise for assessing deal economics and making data-driven recommendations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Pay

$150,000 – $190,000 annually
