Responsibilities Responsible for the overall coordination of leasing (as tenant and as landlord) and certain property management activities as assigned for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities. This person will serve as an advisor to management on real estate matters and work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Required Master's degree Preferred Work Experience 7 years of experience in real estate, to include three (3) years of experience at the senior portfolio management level Required Healthcare real estate experience Preferred Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Healthcare Corporate
