Duties And Responsibilities
- Initiate & maintain engagement with property owners (either directly or through brokers)
- Lead negotiations of contracts with owners, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders (Land Enablement, Legal, Finance, Platform Delivery)
- Develop and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
- Sustained local community stakeholder engagement
- Real-time update and maintenance of detailed project action & status tracking
- Identify and originate acquisition opportunities
- Maintain internal and external Say / Do = 1.0
- Travel domestically regularly to meet sellers and partners
Strongly Desired Working Experience And Knowledge
- 8+ years of increasing responsibility in high-volume, high-complexity transactional real estate environment
- Demonstrated experience in execution of property assemblages, easement acquisitions, and multi-owner engagements
- Experience in cross-functional project management (finance, legal, energy, engineering)
- Experience in developing and deploying transaction workflow optimization and AI augmentation preferred, but not necessary
