Duties And Responsibilities

  • Initiate & maintain engagement with property owners (either directly or through brokers)
  • Lead negotiations of contracts with owners, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders (Land Enablement, Legal, Finance, Platform Delivery)
  • Develop and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sustained local community stakeholder engagement
  • Real-time update and maintenance of detailed project action & status tracking
  • Identify and originate acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain internal and external Say / Do = 1.0
  • Travel domestically regularly to meet sellers and partners

Strongly Desired Working Experience And Knowledge

  • 8+ years of increasing responsibility in high-volume, high-complexity transactional real estate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in execution of property assemblages, easement acquisitions, and multi-owner engagements
  • Experience in cross-functional project management (finance, legal, energy, engineering)
  • Experience in developing and deploying transaction workflow optimization and AI augmentation preferred, but not necessary
