Director, Real Estate

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Real Estate to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead global real estate strategy in support of growth across a multi-location portfolio, with a particular focus on specialized facilities and site selection. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, support transactions, and ensure the portfolio is aligned with operational and business needs. This position also requires strong judgment in lease management, property planning, and budget oversight. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a global real estate strategy aligned with company growth Analyze market trends to recommend investments and site selections Oversee a diverse portfolio of owned and leased properties across multiple locations Maintain accurate records of leases and property data, and manage real estate budgets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate site planning and transactions Qualifications 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, laboratory or manufacturing real estate, or technology/industrial portfolio management Proven track record managing a multi-location portfolio Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience negotiating complex leases, renewals, and purchase agreements Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning, and development processes for specialized environments Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Matching 401(k) contributions Unlimited PTO and paid holidays Parental/adoption leave Legal insurance and a home technology stipend Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
