About the role

Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization, monitors productivity, evaluates and manages quality metrics, represents the service line during recruitment, focuses on consumer experience, delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership development, and oversees team engagement action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety
  • Represents the service line during each step of the recruitment process
  • Identifies and communicates the need for new providers and monitors recruitment triggers
  • Oversees performance, manages action plans, and escalates complaints as needed
  • Manages provider templates for optimized utilization and monitors productivity
  • Delivers on Team Member Promise through team leadership development conversations
  • Ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements

Requirements

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical technology and terminology
  • Experience in finance and accounting with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget
  • Data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with members of multiple teams
  • Highly professional with excellent customer service skills
  • Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over assigned work function
  • Establishes and maintains quality control standards

Skills

  • Knowledge in coding, billing, and reimbursement
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the community
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures of various physician specialty practices sufficient to direct operations and to provide effective patient care
  • Knowledge of physician professional fee billing practices and principles
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements
  • Skill in using computer software to include word processing, spreadsheets, database, and general accounting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's [Required] Field Of Study Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • 5+ experience in a healthcare leadership role [Required]
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
  • Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience
  • High School Grad or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience

Pay

$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
