Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global Quality training strategy
- Establish governance and processes for compliant training practices
- Translate regulatory requirements into scalable training standards
- Design learning programs that enhance quality capabilities and accountability
- Ensure deployment of learning solutions through governance and leadership engagement
- Partner with teams to highlight training's role in quality excellence
- Define metrics to assess training compliance and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Significant experience in Quality and regulatory compliance in a regulated healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and compliant training practices
- Proven leadership in global training strategies and governance models
- Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness using metrics
- Experience in partnering with senior leaders on scalable learning solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across global stakeholders
