Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global Quality training strategy
  • Establish governance and processes for compliant training practices
  • Translate regulatory requirements into scalable training standards
  • Design learning programs that enhance quality capabilities and accountability
  • Ensure deployment of learning solutions through governance and leadership engagement
  • Partner with teams to highlight training's role in quality excellence
  • Define metrics to assess training compliance and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Significant experience in Quality and regulatory compliance in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and compliant training practices
  • Proven leadership in global training strategies and governance models
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness using metrics
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders on scalable learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across global stakeholders

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
